Terms and Conditions of the Premier Rewards Program (“Refer a Friend”)

1. Eligibility:
   The Premier Rewards Program (“refer a friend”) is open to all adult users of CheckSig. A user (hereinafter also referred to as the “referring user”) is defined as any individual with their own login, i.e., a combination of username/password required to access the Private Area.

2. Program Description:
   The referring user can refer a new client to CheckSig (hereinafter also referred to as the “referred client”) by providing the referred client with their referral code (available after logging in on the my.checksig.com website). The new referred client must enter the referral code in the “Promo Code” field when opening an account at my.checksig.com/register or in the CheckSig app onelink.to/checksig.

3. Referred client Eligibility:
   The referred client must be an adult, pass the final account approval process of CheckSig, and have at least €20,000 in crypto custody within six months of opening the account.

4. Program Duration:
   The program will run from August 25, 2023, to June 30, 2026, during which the referred client must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in point 3.

5. Reward:
   The referring user will receive a reward of €250 for each new referred client who, using the referring user’s referral code, holds at least €20,000 in crypto custody in their CheckSig account by the end of the sixth month from account opening. The reward will be credited to a CheckSig account registered in the name of the referring user. For example, if the referred client opens their account on August 31, 2024, and by February 28, 2025, has crypto holdings worth at least €20,000, the referring user will receive the reward by March 31, 2025. If the referring user does not have their own CheckSig account, they must successfully complete the account opening process to receive the reward. Opening a CheckSig account is free, but maintaining it may incur service fees. For more information, see the Service Costs.

The referred client, if meeting the “new client eligibility” requirements, will receive six months of free custody. From the seventh month onwards, fees will be calculated based on the information provided on the Service Costs page. The new client is not subject to a minimum stay period and may close their CheckSig account at any time.

1. Multiple Referrals:
   The referring user may provide their referral code to more than one new client. However, the referring user may receive up to a maximum of five rewards per calendar year.

2. Liability Limitation:
   CheckSig is not responsible for the failure of the referred client to receive the referral code due to technical issues or network difficulties.

3. Misuse:
   The referral program is designed to reward CheckSig users for referring new clients genuinely interested in using our services. At CheckSig’s sole discretion, any abuse of the program, including but not limited to spam, the creation of fake accounts, splitting existing accounts among different owners, or sending misleading references, may result in disqualification or exclusion from the program.

4. Changes:
   CheckSig reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without notice.

   These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
